▶材料 INGREDIENTS

薑末 Ginger
蒜末 Garlic
蔥花 Green onions
豆腐 Tofu

▶調味料 SEASONING

橄欖油 Olive Oil
料理酒 Japanese Sake
醬油 Soy Sauce
蒜末醬 Garlic Paste
番茄醬 Ketchup
中濃醬 Tonkatsu Sauce
山椒粉 Sansho Powder
辣椒醬 Chili Sauce
麻油 Sesame Oil

▶作法
① 切蒜末和薑末
② 橄欖油爆香蒜末和薑末、加入料理酒、醬油
③ 喜歡蒜的可以再加點蒜末醬,拌炒
④ 加番茄醬、豆腐塊拌炒
⑤ 加中濃醬、山椒粉、辣椒醬拌炒,大火收汁
⑥撒上蔥花,起鍋完成♡
